1) 구르미 펜션은 애견 전용 펜션입니다. 중/소형견 입실(키 40cm 이하, 몸무게 10kg 미만)만 가능합니다.

(대형견 입실은 제한하며, 중/소형견종이지만 10kg을 초과하는 경우엔 별도 문의주세요.)

단, 키나 몸무게와는 별도로 사회성이 부족하거나 공격적인 애완견은 사전 예고 없이 퇴실되실 수가 있으니, 애완견 관리를 빈틈없이 해 주시기를 바랍니다.

2) 예약 시 메모에 반려견의 견종과 몸무게를 반드시 작성해주세요. (어린 대형견은 키와 몸무게를 만족하더라도 입실 불가합니다.)

애완견 동반시에는 기본 1마리 무료이고, 2마리째부터는 1마리당 1만 원의 추가 비용이 있으며, 작성하신 마리 수에 맞추어 간식과 용품들(패드,수건, 간식 등)을 준비해드리고 있습니다.

동반 가능한 최대 마리수 제한은 없습니다.(아마 전국에서 유일하지 않을까 싶네요~^^)

단, 사료 그릇은 객실 내에 총 3개가 준비되어 있으니, 추가로 필요하신 경우 지참해주시기 바랍니다.

3) 한적한 시골에 위치해 있다보니, 주변 환경상 벌레가 많습니다. 벌레에 예민하신 분들께선 신중하게 예약 선택해주세요.

4) 객실 내 기준 인원 초과 시 성인 및 아동은 추가 요금이 있으며, 침구류 1세트(싱글 사이즈의 매트리스, 베개, 이불)를 제공해드립니다.

(동행하는 유아도 객실 내 최대인원에는 포함되므로 반드시 예약시 인원에 체크해주시기 바랍니다. 유아는 추가 비용은 없으며 조식 및 침구류가 제공되지 않습니다.)

5) 방문 손님도 예약인원으로 간주하여 추가인원 요금을 지불하셔야 하며 객실 당 최대 인원 내에서만 모임 가능합니다. 사전 예약되지 않은 방문객은 입장이 불가합니다.

6) 미성년자는 보호자 동반 없이 이용하실 수 없습니다.

7) 바비큐는 3가지 방법 중 하나를 선택하실 수 있습니다. 예약시 추가옵션을 확인해주세요.

(1번-실내 개인버너 지참 가능; 0원, 2번-실내 구이바다 대여; 2만원, 3번-실외 웨버그릴 숯불 이용; 3만원)

실외 웨버그릴 숯불은 객실 앞 잔디밭에서 단독으로 이용하시는 바비큐이며, 우천시에도 약간의 비를 맞을 수 있지만, 파라솔 아래에서 이용은 가능합니다. (웨버그릴, 1회용 석쇠, 숯불 제공)

8) 예약 시 환불기준을 숙지하시고 예약하시기 바랍니다. 예약하신 분과 입금하신 분이 다른 경우, 별도로 연락 부탁드립니다. 예약 상황과 실제 상황이 다를 시계약위반에 해당하며, 환불 없이 바로 퇴실 조치합니다.

9) 편의 시설 및 서비스 안내

◾취사도구 일체가 준비되어 있으므로 식사를 해 드실 수 있습니다.

◾기본세면도구세트(수건, 비누, 샴푸, 린스, 치약 등)가 준비되어 있습니다. 칫솔은 챙겨오세요~

◾무선 인터넷 이용이 가능합니다.

◾넷플릭스 무료 시청이 가능합니다.

◾객실 전용 미온수 수영장은 11월~3월까지는 이용이 제한되니 양해바랍니다. (실외에 위치해 있다보니, 온수를 몇 시간씩 틀어드려도 금방 식어버립니다.)

또한, 반려견을 위한 전용 수영장이오니 얕은 수심(최대 60cm)에 대해서는 양해 바랍니다. 애완견 전용 구명조끼와 물놀이 기구도 준비되어있습니다. 많은 이용 바랍니다.

◾공용 놀이터는 반려견과의 휴식공간이며 별도의 취사 및 음주, 취침 등은 불가한 공간이오니 이 점 준수해주시기 바랍니다.

◾ 구르미펜션은 음용수 적합 판정을 받은 지하수를 사용하고 있으며, 정수기도 설치되어 있습니다만, 식수에 민감하신 분들은 생수를 꼭 준비해주세요.

◾주변에 슈퍼 및 편의점이 없으므로(차를 타고 약 10~15분 정도 이동해야 함), 음식재료는 미리 사오시는게 좋습니다.

펜션 오시는 길에 들릴 수 있는 하나로 마트 1곳을 아래와 같이 안내해드립니다.

◾ 펜션 내에 기본적인 양념은 배치되어 있지 않습니다만, 필요하시면 언제든 펜션지기에게 말씀하시면 제공해드리겠습니다.

◾ 구르미 펜션은 전 객실 금연입니다. 흡연은 건물 외부에 지정된 장소(주차장)를 이용해주세요.

◾ 조용한 시골 마을입니다. 객실 내에서 큰소리로 음주 가무를 즐기는 행동은 삼가주세요. (펜션 및 객실 내에서 노래방 마이크 사용 절대 금지)

◾ 객실 및 주방(썬룸)내에서 냄새나 연기가 심한 양념된 고기, 튀김, 생선, 전, 조개류, 갑각류, 대게, 홍게 등의 조리는 불가합니다. 이러한 음실들의 조리가 필요하시면 야외 웨버그릴을 옵션에서 선택하고 사용해주세요.

◾ 애완견의 건강에 치명적인 양파, 초콜릿, 포도 등의 음식물 관리에 특별히 신경을 써주시기를 바랍니다.

◾ 기본적으로 전 객실에 냉난방기가 설치되어 있어, 온도 조절이 가능하시며, 바닥 난방은 관리실에서만 조절해 드립니다. 조절이 필요하시면 펜션지기에게 미리 말씀해주세요.

◾ 이용 중 객실 및 부대시설 집기의 파손이 있었을 경우 손님들의 안전을 위해서 발견 즉시 펜션 지기에게 알려주시기를 바랍니다.

◾ 펜션 내부 활동이나 외출 시 애완견을 절대 객실 내에 혼자 두지 말아 주십시오. 보호자 미동반에 따른 안전사고에 대해서는 일체에 책임을 지지 않습니다.

◾ 애완견 간의 충돌이나 싸움 등이 발생했을 때는 당사자 간에 분쟁을 조정하셔야 합니다. 구르미 펜션은 중재나 배상의 책임이 없음을 알려 드립니다.

◾ 다른 객실 강아지들에게 간식이나 사료를 주는 행위를 금합니다.

◾ 입질이 심하거나 공격적인 애완견은 보호자들의 철저한 관리 부탁드립니다. 위반 시 입마개 강제 착용이나 심한 경우 환불 없이 퇴실 되실 수 있습니다.

◾ 생리 중이거나 마킹이 심한 경우 매너 벨트를 착용 바랍니다. 미소지 시 펜션 지기에게 문의 주세요.

◾ 애완견의 배설물은 비치된 배변 봉투로 정리해 지정 장소에 버려 주시기 바립니다.

◾ 애완견의 객실 이용 시 침구 등의 오염이나 훼손이 발생했을 땐 즉시 교체해 드리고 있으니 펜션지기에게 말씀해주세요.

◾ 위 사항들을 위반하여 객실의 냄새 및 오염, 훼손이 심해 다음 손님의 입실이 불가능한 경우에는 부득이하게 훼손에 대한 배상과 함께 1박 요금을 추가 청구할 수 있습니다.

3) Precautions before reservation

◾The GOORMI Pension is for dogs only. Only small dogs (under 40cm tall and under 10kg) are allowed, and please read some precautions for your pet's hygiene and safety before using the pension.

◾Apart from the height and weight of the dog, dogs that lack social skills or are aggressive may be checked out without prior notice, so please take care of your pet thoroughly.

◾If you need children under the age of 10 or infants to check in, please contact the pension manager.

◾Minors must be accompanied by their guardians to use the pension.

◾Visitors must make a reservation, pay an additional fee, and can only visit within the number of people available per room(including guests). Visitors who are not booked in advance are not allowed to enter.

◾Please understand the refund criteria when making a reservation.

◾If the person who made the reservation and the person who made the deposit are different, please contact us separately.

◾If the reservation information is not true, it is a breach of contract, so you can be checked out immediately without a refund.

◾Make sure to write the dog breed and weight on the memo, when making a reservation.

( Large dogs cannot be admitted even if they are less than 3 months old. )

◾There is an additional cost of 10,000 won per pet. You can pay the additional cost on check-in day.

◾If the number of people exceeds the standard, there is an additional charge of 20,000 won per person from middle school students to adults, and 10,000 won per person for children under elementary school students, and one set of bedding is provided.

◾ A barbecue set is provided one per room and can be used in the sun-room in case of rain. The barbecue fee is 20,000 won per use. (Barbecue preparation is available by 8 p.m., and please let the pension manager know at least an hour in advance to prepare for charcoal.)

4) Convenience facilities and services information

◾We have all the cooking utensils for your meal.

◾We can prepare barbecue ingredients ( Webergrill, charcoal ) for a fee if you want.

◾We have a basic set of toiletries (towel, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, etc.) in the shower room.

◾There are facilities (pad, towel, water bowl, dry room, etc.) for dogs.

◾Wireless Internet access is available.

◾The room-only lukewarm water pool is for dogs, so the water depth is shallow. There are also life vests and water rides for dogs.

◾The "camping zone" in the lawn garden is a resting place with dogs and is a free public facility, so please observe that you cannot cook, drink, or sleep there.

◾Please buy your food ingredients in advance as there is not a supermarket around)

◾ GOORMI Pension uses groundwater that has been judged suitable for drinking water, but if you are sensitive to drinking water, be sure to prepare bottled water.

◾ There are no basic seasonings in the pension, but if necessary, you can always tell the pension owner and we will provide it.

◾GOORMI Pension is non-smoking in all rooms. Please use the designated place outside the building for smoking.

◾Cooking of meat, fried food, fish, pancakes, etc., which have strong smell or smoke in the room or sun-room is not allowed. The frying pan is not available in the room, so please contact a pension manager if you need it.

◾Please refrain from drinking and dancing loudly in the room. (Never use a karaoke microphones in the pension and rooms)

◾ Due to allergic reactions in some pets, the import of shellfish, crustaceans, snow crabs, and red crabs is restricted. You can keep it in the pensioner and pick it up when you check out.

◾Please pay special attention to food management such as onions, chocolate, and grapes that are fatal to your pet's health.

◾The heating system is controlled by the management room. Please tell the pensioner if you need to adjust it. (The pension must be closed from 22:00 to 08:00, so please refrain from contacting us on the phone and leave us a text message, and we will take care of it as soon as we check.)

◾If there is any damage to rooms, pension facilities or equipment while in use, please inform the pensioner as soon as you find it for your safety.

◾Never leave your dog alone, whether inside or outside the pension.

We are not responsible for any safety accidents caused by the absence of a guardian.

◾ In the event of a conflict or fight between dogs, the dog owners have to settle the dispute. GOORMI Pension is not liable for arbitration or compensation.

◾Don't give snacks or food to other room dogs.

◾Pets with severe or aggressive breaths should be taken care of by their guardians. If you violate the law, we can force the dog or in severe cases, you may be checked out without a refund.

Aggressive dogs need to be kept under the supervision of their guardians. In case of violation, we can force dogs to wear muzzles or in severe cases, you are checked out without a refund.

◾If your dog is menstruating or marking heavily, please fasten your manners belt to the dog.

◾Please arrange the pet waste in a toilet bag and discard it in a designated place.

◾If there is any contamination or damage, such as bedding when using a pet's room, we will replace it immediately, so please tell the pensioner.

◾If the next guest is unable to enter the room due to severe contamination and damage, an additional one-night fee may be charged along with compensation for the damage.

◾Please wash the dishes, clean the room, and separate garbage(general garbage, bottles, cans, food) before checking out

1. We are operating the refund criteria for cancellation of reservation as below, so please make sure to check and make a reservation.

2. There is a basic penalty of 10% for cancellation after booking without any time limit.

3. You can only get a refund for the same person as the depositor.
